if you want to submit a claim report, submit a warranty claim or return an item. 

 

You can also print out a claim report and send it by post.

Trouble shooting should be carried out if operational disruptions occur. Trouble shooting is easily carried out using our trouble shooting list. If the fault has not been rectified after completing this check, please contact us and we will help you with the problem.
