We at Kuben Ventilation want to thank all our customers and suppliers for a good cooperation during the year.

Similar to last year, we choose to give our Christmas presents to Unicef. Due to the fact that we work with indoor climate, we realize that it is extremely important with clean water in disaster-affected areas. We will therefore make a donation for 245,000 water purifiers as a Christmas gift. These tablets can clean up to 1 225 000 liters of water.

This year there is another dimension that makes contributions to Unicef extra favorable. It is the financier and real estate billionaire Roger Akelius who, in cooperation with Unicef, has promised to donate the same amount of money as all Swedish people and Swedish companies donate together to Unicef in December. Every 1 SEK that Unicef gets will automatically become 2 SEK.

HOCKEY: KUBEN VS. EXPANDIA

Wednesday offered a lovely hockey package when Expandia came to visit Kuben in a raffle match in Borlänge ice rink.

Both teams fought admirably on the ice and the friendly match ended at Pitchers where everyone enjoyed both good food and good company.

Kuben and Expandia then took the stands in Borlänge

ice rink to see the match between Borlänge and Västerås.
Match hoast for the evening's match was appropriately enough Kuben Ventilation.

We at Kuben Ventilation like creative and sometimes odd technology solutions that in the future may become standard solutions.

In line with this, we sponsor the, so far in Sweden, odd sport: Timberport, which has now begun to grow big here too.

Calle Svadling is after victory in the Nordic Championships, representing Sweden in individual branches at the World Cup in Timbersport in Lillehammer on 2-4 November 2017.

CLOUD SERVICE IN FULL OPERATION

Now, it is possible to get all of the Kuben aggregates with the option "CLOUD SERVICE". This means that the unit is equipped with a special modem that automatically connects to the cloud. Then you can log in to the "Cloud service" (that you can find in the heading of the website), which allows you to control and regulate your units online and in real time. You can check and adjust fan speeds, temperatures, operating hours, and so on.

Any alarms are visible there and a lot of these can be reset or acknowledged directly in the computer or from the mobile phone. You can also register an email address, which automatically sends an e-mail to you when an alarm event occurs.

This is a great opportunity to save money on the service side when you do not always have to be physically in place at the ventilation unit.

CONSTRUCTION IS MOVING FORWARD

The construction of our new production facility is going forward at a steady pace. What was just a slab of cement a couple of months ago is now an almost ready-to-use produciton hall.

In this spacious new area we'll be able to work on more ventilation units at the same time, a welcome change since we're outgrowing our old factory.

ISH TRADE SHOW, FRANKFURT

Team Kuben just returned to Sweden after an intense and fun week exhibiting the Kuben range at one of the largest water/ plumbing/ sewage/ ventilation trade shows in the world - ISH, Frankfurt. We put our small and mid range units on display and along with the loaded Kuben 600 VDX unit with built in heat pump for single family houses, we drew quite a crowd.

One of many findings at the trade show was that apparently, both in terms of technical complexity, quality and innovation the Kuben range is at the very front line compared to many of our European competitors. Several companies from all over Europe approached us, interested in representing our line in their respective countries and many interesting new contacts were established.

The work goes on with following up these new contacts, supplying the vendors with more in-depth technical data and finalized offers.

WE'RE BUILDING!

Kuben ventilation is expanding quickly, and to be able to meet our customers requests and up our production speed we're building new facilities.

Our "old" office/production building will soon be converted into a fully dedicated production space,
and the office will move to a soon to be finished new building.

We're also having the ground prepared for a new warehouse which will be built sometime in 2015.

EFFICIENCY!

Kuben Ventilation has taken a new machine into use. What it does is that it cuts insulation for our ventilation units.

The insulation, which earlier was cut by hand, is now cut by an oscillating knife with millimeter precision.

Thanks to the machine, we've trimmed the production time of the bigger units by several hours.
