SUPPLIER INVOICE:
We are very happy to receive e-invoices from our suppliers. Send invoices to faktura@kubenventilation.se.

 

 

DELIVERY TIME:

One of the biggest benefits of choosing a Kuben unit is that it is very flexible. Our units are therefore only produced and stocked in semi-finished form. This provides us with the opportunity to custom units precisely to your needs. Normal delivery time from ordering is 3 weeks. However, please contact us if you need a unit more quickly than this.

 

 

FREIGHT:

​

Freight method: Normally by truck. Replacement parts and filters are usually sent by business package services.

Delivery terms: in accordance with NL92. Freight and packaging costs are charged in addition on all orders.

 

Minimum charge: SEK 100.

 

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT:

 

Any damage inflicted upon goods in transport is to be immediately reported, and without delay, in writing to the carrier. Check all delivered items carefully on receipt and compare with the delivery note to ensure that the correct goods have been supplied. Contact us at Kuben Ventilation if you have not received the correct goods.

 

 

WARRANTY:

 

The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not include wear parts or incorrect use.

 

 

CLAIMS:

​

If you need to return a product, please contact Kuben Ventilation to receive a claim number before returning. Warranty claim items are to be marked with the claim number and a copy of the original invoice is to be enclosed with the returned items.

RETURNS:

 

If you for some reason regret making the purchase, please contact us to receive a return number and return the goods within 10 days. The goods are to be returned unused and in the original packaging.

 

Cash on delivery is not accepted.

A handling fee of 20 % of the net amount is charged on returns, however minimum SEK 100.

 

All returns are to be marked with the return number and a copy of the original invoice is to be enclosed.
